The EuroScience Open Forum 2024 (ESOF) is a joint venture between EuroScience, The University of Silesia in Katowice, and the City of Katowice.
This Privacy Policy will explain how ESOF uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

You directly provide ESOF with most of the data we collect. We provide data and process data when you:
- Register for the ESOF conference as a participant, exhibitor, speaker, moderator, or organizer;
- Voluntarily subscribe to the ESOF newsletter;
- Voluntarily complete our post-event participant survey;
- Use or view our website through your browser’s cookies.
How will we use your data?
ESOF collects your data so we can:
- Process and manage your registration to the event;
- email you with updates on this and future editions of ESOF;

- Prepare the post-event statistics and collect feedback for future editions.
